TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafe etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and to prevent any unnecessary wastage.


We are looking for a Sales (door to door) Executive to join our family!


As a Sales (door to door) Executive, you will play a key role in value adding F&B businesses through our products and our technology. 


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential buyer accounts
  • Reach out to potential new accounts in-person meetings at customer locations to fact find, generate leads and closing the sale
  • Liaise with internal teams to secure fulfillment and enhance sales efforts
  • Build and maintain current and potential client relationships
  • Respond to customers enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure individual sales targets are met
  • Liaise with relevant departments to drive customer resolution
  • Reach out to customers who are late on payments and arrange for payment collections


Requirements:

  • Immune to customer rejections (#1 trait to succeed in this role)
  • Proven work experience as any form of sales position or relevant roles
  • Highly performance driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to talk and listen to anyone and everyone
  • Ability to work under pressure with patience and persistence
  • Quick thinker, resilient and eager to tackle new, complex, and/or unstructured problems
  • Strong ownership in your performance and its impact to the company
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and dialects preferred
  • Required to have own (bikes and cars) transportation (transportation included)


Working hours:

Location: various zones in Singapore; Note: this is a frontline role that caters to customer needs


Compensation package:

  • Offer rate is $3,300 (with transport allowance) + up to 1.5% commission (highest in the industry)
  • Our highest paid sales person achieves total $11,000 monthly payout before transportation allowance
  • (Note: your latest payslip will be required to be submitted when offered the position)
