Job description of the Human Capital Executive position includes (but not limited to):


1. Employment management and welfare

    Setting up, maintenance and improvement of people management infrastructure and systems in the firm

    Source and evaluate candidates for presentation to hiring managers 

    Research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies

    Be a focal point for how we go about increasing the diversity of our teams

    Delivering an exceptional experience to create an everlasting impression on candidates and current staff

    Developing and implementing appropriate employee engagement initiatives 

    Developing and reviewing employee value propositions (EVPs) to ensure relevance in changing environment

    Inculcate the firm’s culture across the organization, including defining the types of culture change required as well as identifying opportunities for improvement along our employees' journey

    Devise process to implement and track employee engagement actions and set specific measure to improve engagement

    Manage employee exits and its process while identifying areas of improvement for people management


2. Administrative work

    Set up and maintenance of the firm’s offices, its office supplies and its furniture and fixtures

    Data and filing work for the various departments as a supportive role

    Coordination and scheduling of presentations and meetings

    Organize and maintain calendar(s) and travel schedules


3. Recruitment

    Develop and execute innovative recruitment plans to attract and acquire suitable talents for the company

●    Create, build, and maintain talent networks to fill both current vacancies and anticipated roles

●    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure an efficient recruitment experience

●    Administer professional registration and work pass application/ renewal/ collection

●    Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system


Note: the role may require travelling at times while the Vietnam office is the office assigned to this role.

Any ad hoc assignment as assigned including deployment across TreeDots subsidiaries to support TreeDots Group functions
