TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafes etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage.
We are looking for Customer Service Officer to join our family!
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers via outgoing calls
- Handling Customer inquiries, placing orders
- Promoting of products to existing customers
- Increase sales growth
- Adhoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Must either be Chinese or fluent in Chinese/Mandarin
- Must be willing to work onsite (Petaling Jaya)
- Must be willing to work from Monday - Saturday
- Proficient in multiple languages / dialects is a plus
- Preferably with F&B or FMCG Industry experience
- Preferably with Telemarketing experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
