Define the company talent search and engagement strategy, including employer branding as well as end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to offer
Manage company-wide recruitment timelines, and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives
Work in collaboration with the hiring managers to define the profiles and responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organization needs
Design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
Successfully manage several talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
Develop monitoring tools to set the benchmarks and metrics, analyse hiring data to identify bottlenecks and optimise hiring operations, and report to the management team
Foster dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and the rest of the HR team
Execute the recruitment activities in a timely and effective manner
Manage hiring managers’ expectations and provide outstanding candidate experience
Be an active member of the HR partnership; sharing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy and HR plans with management
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience of end-to-end recruitment with a track record of successfully hiring under short timelines.
Experience in a major head hunting agency highly preferred
Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process
Ability to independently manage and drive the search strategy, as well as prioritize effectively
Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with internal leaders
Start-up and in-house hiring experience are a plus.
