MyTree is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the Food & Beverages market from suppliers to consumers. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of Food & Beverages users to achieve more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in day-to-day operations. In doing so, you will ensure the operational fluency and customer satisfaction, which in turn allows for the company’s efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Management (Operations):
- Management of transport, warehouse and distribution functions
- Leading operation stuff in all operational functions from on-the-ground staff to supervisors, in terms of execution, productivity, growth and motivation
- Monthly calculations of incentives and overtime pay for drivers
- Improvement and new implementation (ideating, MVP building, experimenting, reiteration) of processes and related SOPs
- Achieving key operational functions metrics
Strategic Expansion
- Creating further value propositions internally (i.e. sales functions), and externally (i.e. suppliers, buyers and strategic partners)
- Leading restructuring and growth of transport, warehouse, and distribution functions, locally and overseas
- Planning of manpower for expansion
- Collaborating on projects across internal business functions (i.e. sales, tech, finance, business development team) and external stakeholders (i.e. suppliers, buyers and strategic partners)
Special Projects:
- Working closely with the senior management to propel the business forward to achieve the firm’s mission
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in F&B would be a bonus
- Self-starter and motivated individual
