TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafe etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the finance team in day-to-day operations. In doing so, you will ensure the operational fluency by securing the company’s interests and assets. You will also work closely with senior management to influence the company’s direction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full sets of accounts
- Manage and review the Company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Manage payroll, EPF, SOCSO, tax etc submissions for employees
- Prepare all monthly and quarterly financial and management plans and reports
- Manage a team to process/review payments of the Company
- Work closely with Senior Management to build and influence Company priorities as we scale and grow
- Oversee operations of the Finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for them to be met
- Ability to provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic
- Combines an analytical mindset with technical ability and excellent people skills
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 5 year of work experience in accounting
- Must be able to meet monthly reporting deadlines
- Meticulous, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus
- Bookkeeping certifications
- Must have a SME background
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software preferred
- Prior experience in F&B is a bonus
- Comfort in the startup environment (i.e. sometimes chaotic and lacking structure) and able to create structure and foundational accounting processes
