Job Description
The purchasing executive works with the Purchasing Manager to run the daily purchasing
operations which includes analyzing the trend of the stock movement, creating purchase
orders, placing orders with suppliers and ensuring system is correctly with the right SKU and quantity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze stock movement trend to determine quantity to purchase
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Ensure system stock is up dated with no discrepancies
- Work alongside operations to ensure goods purchased are correct and proper
- Assist purchasing manager with purchasing strategy and optimization of purchasing operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Food industry is preferred
- Previous relevant experience as a purchasing executive is preferred
- Strong inclination towards numbers and analysis
- Able to work in a high stress operational environment
- Must either be Chinese or fluent in Chinese/Mandarin
