TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafes etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage. We are looking for a HR Operational Admin to join our family and grow with us along the way!
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of contracts
- Creating, acceptance and collection of letters, e.g. Increment/Completion of probation etc.
- Creating and updating of staff info / users on HR Portal
- Perform HR general administrative matters, including filing and printing etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
Requirements:
- Possess relevant educational qualifications.
- Experience in HR Operations is an advantage.
- Disciplined and able to work independently.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
