Supervise and lead the driver team, warehouse team etc to co-operate and ensure smooth operations including deliveries, loading and unloading of goods, disposition of inventory items etc
Direct and transmit higher management goals and instructions to driver and warehouse teams
Direct and transmit on the ground feedback from driver and warehouse teams to higher management
Day-to-day activities
Ensure daily attendance of driver and warehouse teams
Ensure daily SOPs are followed by driver and warehouse teams
Manage morale of the driver and warehouse teams
Work closely with driver and warehouse teams on any feedback or problems that arise
Coordinate with higher management on essential tasks, process and SOP changes which need to be implemented on the ground
Monitor and evaluate driver and warehouse team performance and work with management to improve key performance indicators
Record any operational issues that arise and follow up to close the issue
Job Requirements
Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Must have good leadership and communication skills
